Back at Witz End on Monday evenings!

Due to the usual chilly, snowy winter weather that we love to enjoy in the Cleveland area, practicing in Dave's garage just isn't feasible, even with the heater. So Witz End has agreed to let us set up and practice every Monday evening until sometime when the weather breaks for Spring.

So come out and sit a spell, kick your shoes off, and y'all come on back each week while we ham it up... I mean, jam it up, practice-style!

The web server really needs to make it possible for us to have events go beyond midnight. Our band shows very rarely - if ever - end AT midnight, or as we're left punching in the numers, at 11:59 PM.

See, if we enter the actual end time - 1:00 AM or 2:00 AM, for instances - the Calendar makes the gig look like it's two days long, which it isn't.

Stupid. Had to complain.

Practice is hard to do in the garage when the weather is freezing out, but we found a solution. Lately we have been practicing at Witz End on Monday evenings. So come on out and spend some of the season's remaining blustery winter evenings having good fun and great cheer! cool

We're at the Grog Shop in Cleveland Heights next Tuesday, February 10th, opening for Buckwheat Zydeco, same as we have before, but at a different venue. We're excited, so come join in the fun! You may notice that some of our pages are not working properly: the Calendar, Photo Gallery and Videos pages. We are patiently waiting for the powers that be at the server's end to sort out this problem. Thanks for your patience, too.

Otherwise, last night we had a successful show at Grand River Cellars winery and restaurant, situated on the lovely deck outside, and it was a great evening. We passed around maracas so dining guests could participate when a tune called for it or when their state of inebriation dictated it.

Our next show is on Saturday, August 30, at the Step Above Lounge in Geneva-on-the-Lake from 9 PM to 1 AM. It is located on the second floor of Farone's Restaurant at the entry to Indian Creek Camping Resort, which is east of the main entertainment strip in GOL on the south side of the road. See you there!

UPDATE! The powers that be fixed the pages that were malfunctioning. Now all pages display correctly. Stay tuned for more stuff to be added as the days go by!
